July 4th marks the day that America won its independence from Great Britain and is a day for celebration throughout the United States. The Barrington Place Apartments invites you to celebrate this memorable holiday by watching a patriotic movie at your Madison, WI apartment. The Patriot (2000) — Action, Drama, History
It’s hard to forget Mel Gibson’s incredible performance in this inspiring movie. It is 1776 in colonial South Carolina. Benjamin Martin, a French-Indian war hero who is haunted by his past, now wants nothing more than to live peacefully on his small plantation, and wants no part of a war with the most powerful nation in the world, Great Britain.
Pearl Harbor (2001) — Action, Drama, History
A tale of war and romance mixed in with history. The story follows two lifelong friends and a beautiful nurse who are caught up in the horror of an infamous Sunday morning in 1941. May we never forget those who lost their lives in the tragedy of that dreadful day.
